Tees Safeguarding All E-Learning

The Adults & Children Safeguarding Partner Organisations across Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland and Stockton-on-Tees actively support the ‘Think Family’ approach and are committed to the continuous learning and development of all staff and volunteers working with vulnerable people: adults, children, young people and families.

Through the Tees Safeguarding All e-learning platform you will be able to view, select and be given immediate access to a range of e-learning opportunities.

To find an e-learning course please click: Tees Safeguarding All E-learning Course Directory

The recommended Browsers for accessing the e-learning are Chromium Edge or Google Chrome. Other Browsers may prevent pages from loading correctly.  (If your organisation is already using LMS for their own training you may not be able to self-register. In this case please contact HSSCPTraining@hartlepool.gov.uk and we can help you to set up your account).

Create a New Account:

To create an account you will need to complete a short form with your details. Where options are selected from a drop down list please review all of the options before selecting the most appropriate option. If there isn’t an option that covers your job role please contact us.

Registrations are done by area. Please choose the link for the area where you predominantly work or are based. If you cover more than one area within Tees please choose the Multi Area option.

When creating a new account you will receive an email from form@melearning.co.uk to verify your details. At this stage you will be prompted to create a password for your account. It is important that you do this, as your account will not be activated until this is complete. Please keep an eye in your junk/spam email folders in case it is directed there. The link will only be valid for a period of time, so please action this as soon as you are able.

Once you have created a user account you can login here: Log in to my Account

When prompted to do so please enter the email address and password that you used when creating the account. You will then be directed to the home page where you can start to enrol for learning. You will need to choose the Browse Courses option to view the list of courses available.

What does an e-learning course cost:

All courses are free of charge for staff and volunteers working within the Tees area in Statutory, Voluntary or Not for Profit Organisations. Please note that Commissioned Care Providers, Nurseries, Academies and Independent Schools are not considered as Private / For Profit organisations and can access the e-learning free of charge.

How long does a course take:

Course times vary, but take between 30 minutes and 2.45 hours to complete with a short test at the end. If you have passed then you will be able to print a certificate of completion.

You do not have to complete the training all at once, you can dip in and out of the module, at work or at home and the system will monitor your progress.

Once you start your e-learning course we request that you aim to complete it within 4 weeks. Therefore we recommend that you only request one course at a time.
