Health

Your body is yours. Your health is personal. And you deserve to feel informed, confident, and supported—whether you're figuring things out, asking questions, or just curious.

This page is here to help you explore what it means to stay healthy, inside and out.

Healthy Body

Being healthy isn’t about looking a certain way—it’s about feeling strong, safe, and supported in your own skin.

Things that help you to maintain a healthy body are:

  • Eating well: Fuel your body with food that gives you energy, focus, and strength.
  • Moving your body: Whether it’s dancing, walking, sports, or stretching—movement helps your mood and muscles.
  • Sleeping enough: Your brain and body need rest to grow, heal, and feel balanced.
  • Managing stress: Talk it out, write it down, or take a break—your feelings matter.
  • Knowing your boundaries: You have the right to say no, ask questions, and be respected.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be kind to yourself.

Sexual Health

Sexual health is about understanding your body, your choices, and your rights. It includes:

  • Consent: You should never feel pressured or unsafe. Consent means freely saying yes—and you can change your mind anytime. If you are unsure about consent, you can find a useful video to help explain this here.
  • Contraception: There are many ways to prevent pregnancy and protect against STIs (sexually transmitted infections).
  • STI testing: Getting tested is normal, safe, and confidential.
  • Respecting yourself and others: Healthy relationships are built on trust, honesty, and care.

You don’t have to be sexually active to care about sexual health. Learning now helps you make strong choices later.
